Cultural Council of Santa Cruz Offices – Carolina McCall

The Cultural Council of Santa Cruz County is proud to present the works of Carolina McCall during the February First Friday Art Tour. In addition, there will also be an interactive art activity coordinated by Mariposa’s Art.

Carolina McCall exhibits a series of colorful paintings of contemporary Mayan life, inspired by her tour of Lake Atitlán and neighboring villages in Guatemala and southern Mexico. A lifelong painter, Carolina recently relocated in Santa Cruz at 17th Ave. Studios and has won quick acceptance for her vivid tapestries of color and pattern.

For more than 32 years, the Cultural Council of Santa Cruz County has been leading and advancing the arts by providing funding, advocacy and support to artists and arts organizations. For more information about this exhibit, visit: www.carolinamccall.com and www.ccscc.org.
