We are a unique family-owned tasting room and retail boutique specializing in the freshest, highest-quality boutique extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar from around the world. Experience a broad selection of estate-produced and award-winning olive oils, as well as naturally flavored and fused olive oils and the finest traditionally aged and naturally flavored balsamic vinegars, all at an affordable price. Our complimentary tasting is encouraged and friendly, knowledgeable staff is ready to help you make your own blend or choose one of our favorites. Stop by and try as many extra virgin olive oils as you like; they represent extraordinary examples of fresh, unique quality and value impossible to duplicate in traditional supermarket brands.
We offer a wide variety of delicious healthy oils including Extra Virgin Olive oils fused with fruit flavors like blood orange, Eureka lemon, Persian lime, to basil, wild mushroom & sage, garlic, cilantro & roasted onion, to chipotle and North African spiced Harrisa oil from Tunisia. The Balsamic vinegars we carry are from Modena, Italy and range from a traditional aged balsamic vinegar to flavored balsamic’s like pomegranate, ripe peach, chocolate, jalapeño, pineapple, blueberry and many other flavors close to 20 different balsamic vinegars. In addition, to our fine oils and vinegars we carry a wide variety of salts, spices, rubs from Galina Garlic Company, hand made gourmet pastas from DeCio, to chocolate covered fruits and nuts; also we carry jarred olives, sauces, mustards from Gils Gourmet. The True Olive Connection has recently expanded their gourmet products by adding 5 different hot sauces, pestos, jams salsas and BBQ sauces.

Another unique product we carry is the Olivella line of Olive Oil based soaps, shower gels, hand and body lotions and moisturizers.
Specialty Baskets and Gifts
The True olive Connection Tasting room also ships products all over the US . We take orders over the phone for custom gift baskets for wedding, birthdays, holidays and corporate gifts for clients. After hour events are another opportunity we offer to our clients for special gatherings.
